| Morning Intensives | Open to experienced all levels. This 2.5 hour class taught by Ann Hyde will include 30 minutes of meditation and chanting followed by a 2 hour asana practice. Please arrive on time. | TBA |
| Hands-On Assist Class | Open to teachers and experienced students. We will be working with rotating partners so you get the opportunity to stretch your seeing and empathing muscles, learn to tune in to your students tweeky spots and guide them into their healing process. Your own practice will be recharged as you inspire each other and you will learn how to support your body while assisting. Please arrive on time as no late arrivals can be allowed. | TBA |
| Afternoon Class with Hands-On Assistants | Open to all levels including beginners. Come breathe, sweat and experience the quality and dedication to excellence these Forrest teachers embody though their skillful teaching and hands on assists. This class is part of the Forrest Yoga Mentorship Program. Ann Hyde will be in the class giving the teachers feedback and cues to support their growth as empowered Forrest Yoga teachers. | TBA |
