The Forrest Yoga Mentorship Program is now available to Forrest Yoga Teacher Training Graduates. I am a Forrest Yoga Mentor and am eager to share the Forrest Yoga Mentorship Program (FYMP) with you. It is a tremendous year-long program that supports the Hoop of the Teachers, to which you are an integral part. The cost for the program is $1,200 for a full year of support, which includes workshops, teaching practicum, and bridge calls.
The FYMP is designed to help you deepen your appreciation for an excellence in teaching Forrest Yoga. The cornerstone of the Mentorship program - quarterly workshops - offers rich exploration of practices you encountered in your FYTTC. I will lead you through Seeing and Hands-on assisting clinics, Forrest Yoga sequencing and teaching exercises and will give you teaching feedback. The workshops also feature beautiful Native American ceremony.

The Saturday workshops include a 90-minute Hands-On Assist Class taught by Ann and a 90-minute Forrest Yoga class taught by the mentees. Both these classes are open to all yoga practitioners and teachers interested in learning more about Forrest yoga, honing their teaching skills, and recharging their personal practice. NOTE TO MENTEES: Tuition can be paid by cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MC, AmEx, Discover). To pay by credit card, contact Ann to set up payment. The above classes, workshops, and bridge calls are included in your Mentorship Program tuition. The times will change workshop to workshop (they get more involved as we go along). The first workshop starts with the morning intensive at 8:30-7pm including a lunch break. Wednesday bridge calls will be one hour. The exact time will be coordinated once our group is established.
