Tuesdays: 9:30 - 11:00 am  (All Levels*) 
There is a free optional sacred circle (listening circle) after this class.

Wednesdays: 9:30 - 11:00 am  (All Levels*) 
There is a free 15-20 minute optional meditation after this class.

Thursdays: 9:30 - 11:00 am  (All Levels*) 
There is a free 15-20 minute optional meditation after this class.

*All Levels means that there are beginners, intermediate and advanced students in the class, and I give safe, compassionate instructions and options to suit everyone in the room. 

Cost:  $15.00 Drop In.      $70.00 for 5 Classes.     $130.00 for 10 Classes.
